Cakezilla is on hiatus.
I am so grateful for your support but the demands of cake do not
seem to be compatible with the demands of my family at this
time. If you are an existing customer, don’t worry, I plan to
fulfill all of my obligations, I am simply unable to take on
additional orders at this time.
I am still passionate about cakes though, and you haven’t seen
the last of me. I plan to get in the kitchen every now and then
and start a true blog with tutorials for “killer sweets” that
you can create on your own.
April 11, 2011 - This week I had the privilege of participating
in City of Hope's Let Them Eat Cake wedding cake design
competition. Over 1,000 attended the event where 40 cake artists
and 15 students showcased their talents. I learned a ton, made
new friends and hopefully earned some new clients. Below is my

A few months ago I delivered cake to
93.3 WMMR
rock jocks Preston & Steve. Cake Boss Buddy Valastro
was in the studio and called the creation, "a damn good cake."
The chocolate cake stood 2 feet tall with a variety of fillings
from vanilla and chocolate buttercream to ganache and raspberry
puree.
